I’m hoping someone can help me.
I have a 5yo son who is very much struggling with his emotions, anger, impulses. He is a very happy excited little boy day to day but can go from 0-100 in 1 second with his behaviour/temper/anger over the most smallest of things. i am struggling to help him. i have tried so many different strategies to help. he cannot control himself, doesnt learn from his actions, doesn’t see the danger. i have had endless amount of things broke in my home. he cannot stand any sign of rejection, thinks everyone hates him and he is not loved. but he is the most loved little boy regardless of his actions. it’s heartbreaking to watch. but i’m at my wits end with dealing with it all. i am the most angry and stressed i have ever been and i try to contain it but sometime enough is enough and i do scream at him. then cry later blaming myself for his temper, im human and its only so much i can take.
Any one gone through anything similar and can please help me? I want my fun, happy little boy back who i can take out places with me again. And i want to be happy myself.
