Toddler starting to fear when seeing people (lockdown)

Hey ladies,

I desperately need help!

My toddler is 2 and a half and he's been indoors since the start of lockdown and strictly will remain to stay indoors until it improves.

He only sees my in-laws and from my side it's Nan and mother.

He finally saw my brother after a long time and when he did, he cried is eyes out. He did the same with my dad and other relatives.

Is that normal?

Yes but it will pass when they see them a few times more
