When did seperation anxiety start and what did it look like?

Just that really. Think I might have it with dc but hard to tell for sure in lockdown.

Separation anxiety usually kicks in when babies are about to become mobile, presumably as nature's way of stopping them wandering off.

In older children, what looks like separation anxiety could be the child struggling in other environments where you don't care for them.

My DS2 was very young, not quite 5 months, when he suddenly didn't want to be held by anyone other than DH or I, cried if others tried to hold him, sometimes even cried if strangers came to talk to him in the supermarket!
