10YR OLD WITH MENTAL AGE OF A 5YR OLD BUT STILL AT NORMAL SCHOOL

MY 10YR OLD GRANDSON WHOM LIVES WITH ME IS STILL AT A NORMAL SCHOOL HAS A PLACE WAITING FOR HIM AT SPECIAL NEEDS SCHOOL BUT EVERYTHING TAKES SO LONG TO SORT OUT ANYONE KNOW ANY SHORTCUTS AROUND THIS PLEASE
