Hy mammas,
I need some advice because I am so so worried. I am a first time mom and
my baby is 12 weeks now.
My concern is that he makes a little eye contact and rarely smiles but he is very attentive. He smiles when I make silly things with my mouth. He love to look at my mouth. He follows objects and people in the room. But he doesn't turn his head toward sound and he doesn't coo. He had hearing test and it was fine. I don't know if he just delay or these things are signs of autism?
One important thing that he has been sick since he was 6 weeks.
He was 6 weeks when he had a flu and he heald but he got the vaccination and after that he sick again. His nose is running and he caught but doctor sad that if he has not fever he doesn't need medication. He eating and his mood is good.
Is it possible that due to the illnes he doesn't develop normally? What do you think? What should I do? Im so sad, and i am worry:(... Please tell me your experiences with your babies.
Ps. We will go to our doctor next week but i want some experiences...
Thank you so much!!!!
(Sorry for my bad English)

I don't think my DD smiled much at 12 weeks tbh. She def does now all the time at 26 weeks. Laughs too but that has only come recently. I'd give it more time OP.
