anyone?

I know he's probably hyped about going to school, but in the last 48 hours he has...

Woken before 6am, filled a cup with water and using a very large paint brush, 'painted' the dining room table and an iMac.

Turned on a heater and burned a hole in his beloved cuddly cloth and melted a dinosaur.

Painted the wall of the laundry room.

Pulled some antique books off the shelves and thrown them about and was found standing on them.

Messed around with my computer & hard drive.

Thrown gravel at the windows.

And done various nasty things to his sisters and is throwing mini-tantrums and sulks at the drop of a hat.

He's been told off, sent to step, was warned and then missed lunch out yesterday and both DH and I have had a quiet chat with him - to which he can only reply 'I don't know'.

I don't know either. He'd better improve his behaviour when he gets to school or this thread title is going on eBay.

And lastly, ARGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. That feels better.

You have won first prize!
So who are you then? I shall show her this tomorrow and she can set her detectors on full!

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 19/08/2007 23:05

My initials CT. She may or may not remember me - I don't think we were ever in the same classes and she was well behaved and I was appalling!

ChippyMinton · 19/08/2007 23:08

Righto, see you tomorrow, unless you want to drop any more clues? LOL at being in with a bad lot (not if you were friends with pan's mate you weren't!!)

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 19/08/2007 23:20

I only did German with Miss CL. We sat at the back and were very norty!

When I wasn't being obnoxious I was riding ponies around the county

ChippyMinton · 20/08/2007 08:07

Was that with Mr S with the epic comb-over? Once in his class i dropped my pencil out of the window then climbed out of said window to fetch it . He was a helpless lamb!

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 20/08/2007 09:45

Poor old Steady! He'd be mincemeat with the youth of today.

I had Mr Perrot (art) as a form teacher but he left with Mrs Hutchinson (art) and never came back. Hahaha!

I think Maurice Homewood and Judy Cornwell were my favourites!

ChippyMinton · 20/08/2007 09:57

Scandal! I thinks Mrs H was my form teacher? I have such a terrible memory LOL. Our form room was the hut next to the pottery, miles away from the rest of the school. We used to get wet! Right, I am off the meet little sis now, so any more clues in case her memory is as bad as mine?

ChippyMinton · 20/08/2007 13:20

C is here scratching her head, so we have resorted to another website (FR). Did you mention your name in one of your earlier posts???????? She remembers Corinna because they went on the school ski trip. C still sees JB (from Tadworth).

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 20/08/2007 13:48

Yes, you've found me. JB being the opposite of her surname I presume?

Corinna is married with two small DCs. Emma Terry is single with no children. I have a DD1 5yo, DS1 4yo and DD2 is nearly 3. I live in Sussex now so rarely bump into anyone else from school. But Corinna's younger sister lives in Tadworth and all her DCs go to Tadworth Primary and will perhaps go on to become Norkies! Or Beacons, or whatever they call themselves!

I looked at Friends Reunited this morning, snap!, it was quite nice to see what everyone is up to. Not many photo's though , I do like to be nosey!!

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 20/08/2007 13:59

Taking DCs to library now. I'll probably be around this evening.

I did have a sudden memory of the cat, Pebbles, who seemed to live in the art hut. That was Mrs H's room - she had short blonde hair and too many buttons on her blouse undone... as immediately spotted by several hundred pubescent boys.

ChippyMinton · 20/08/2007 14:21

opposite being red? Julie.
C is still scratching her head LOL. What colour hair did you have? C thinks brown.
We've had a good nosey around FR too.

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 20/08/2007 21:13

Yes to brown hair.

JB - I thought Jack-ee Boyz (disguised spellings!). Don't remember a Julie B.

Did you have a nice day, aside from the Friends Reunited snooping? Do you have DCs of similar ages? All my nieces and nephews are aged between 11 & 16 so they don't have much in common with my children.

ChippyMinton · 20/08/2007 21:29

Joooleeee Brown with red hair? C was going to interrogate her for her superior recall skills but she's away at the mo. She also keeps vaguely in touch with Jo King.

My DC are 5,4, and 3, C's DD is 2, so she fits in nicely They have older cousins too 17-13, our big sis's DC. We were late starters LOL.

My year group must've been glamorous 6th formers when you started. I couldn't stick it a minute longer (uniforms, prefects ugh)so i went to Reigate College. I only keep in touch with one or two people, mainly Kathee Barklay and Nygel Patttersonnn (silly spellings!). Kathee is in touch with Gary Fry's older brother Nyk (actual spelling LOL).

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 21/08/2007 00:36

Gary Fry's older brother - oh god, now I remember the band. and

Did you ever hear the band Seven Sisters whilst you were at Reigate College? I sang with them sometimes.

I'm not remembering JB at all. But J King I do - she was always a pretty girl but I saw her a couple of years after we'd left and she was very tall and very stunning!

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 21/08/2007 00:50

same one d'you think?

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 21/08/2007 00:51

tries again

ChippyMinton · 21/08/2007 09:25

LOL - AFAIK he became a mormon and moved to utah (his brother definately did - google him)

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 21/08/2007 15:58

Shock Shock Shock Shock Shock

TheDuchessOfNorksBride · 21/08/2007 15:58

and again

ChippyMinton · 21/08/2007 16:11
grouchyoscar · 21/08/2007 16:21

ROTF LMAO.

I've got one too! I was going to sell his garden house with free sitting tennant on eBay myself. (don't think you can sell live things on eBay)

Will there be a new catagory...art, books, games, troublesome preschoolers?

I do DS a disservice today, he's been pretty damn perfect TBH and that makes the difficult days disappear.

BeyondThePale · 21/08/2007 16:24

I've had two good days with DS, he's even started learning to read again, so I've taken him off the market. At least temporarily!

grouchyoscar · 21/08/2007 16:34

hang on...If we've all got some to get rid of won't we flood the market?

grouchyoscar · 22/08/2007 15:16

Update...Had 2 days of perffct behaviour from DS. I want to keep him now.

HBas he been reading my posts?
