Help! Sleeping schedule for baby with a school age sibling

Can someone help to share their baby routine in a typical school day? This has to take into account of the school runs/after school clubs/homework with first born/cooking and all those typical homework that you baby has to join in because he doesn't want to be left alone!

Mine is 5 months old. He's very gasy and still have mild reflux. That means I can't put him down for long (either he'd cry due to the discomfort of some nasty burp/regurgitation building up). I have to hold him to do most of the things and his naps wouldn't last for more than 20 minutes if I put him down. He doesn't like being in slings for long with. I tried back/front forward positions with both Ergobaby Original and the Moby sling...

He sleeps alright at night when I finally put him down in the crib usually after 9pm. But he'd wake up twice every night on average for feed. I found it's difficult to give him enough support for 14 hours sleep a day with all the other things I have to do.

Feeling extremely guilty...
