What to dress baby in at night

Ok so it is so hot atm at night 29.5 in my bedroom with windows and a fan on my little boy is 10 days old. Is it ok to put him in just a nappy at night? Or a vest aswell?

If it's hot in the room just a nappy is ok definitely
