I think I've posted this in the wrong section but I can't find the appropriate topic.

My partner has been taking oxytetracycline 250mg and somehow the tablets had been placed in my iron supplements box. Without realising I have been taking these tablets for the last 8 days. At the moment I am breast feeding my 2 and a half week old baby and I've researched that you shouldn't take this whilst breastfeeding. I am so worried I have caused harm to my baby and in floods of tears. Someone please advice :'(
