Is this possible? I thought these didn't cone in till much later. He most definitely has two very definite bumps where his bottom molars would be and they have doubled in size over the past two days.
Poor baby is chewing his fingers like mad and gagging so often he's sick. So sad to watch!

My DS cut 8 teeth in a month, 4 being his molars at 11 months. They cut them at varying ages in different stages.
I kept up with anbesol liquid and detinox gel as well as ibuprofen at night with calpol during the day if needed. It’s not nice but keep on with the pain killers to help. I also found a wet flannel cooled in the freezer for a bit good to chew on

@Youvegotafriendinme thanks for your reply. Oh wow, poor baby!! That's tough! I think his are the back molars and top incisors coming through. I've been using absenol and ibuprofen when he's really upset.

With everything I've read these teeth aren't supposed to come in at 10 months!!!! Yikes

Every baby is different though. My son cut his first teeth at 4 months old and by 1 year he had cut all his teeth. The second molars are suppose to cut between 23-32 months and considering all the others cut so early there’s no sign of these ones yet
