Almost three year old son still touching my boobs all the time

Hi ladies, my son is turning three in a few months, and was breastfed until his second birthday... the last 6 months of that it was only before bedtime....

However now he is constantly touching my boobs, at least 10-20 times per day, whenever he is near me he is trying to touch them in some way, I have tried everything I can think of to get him to stop as it's really bothering me, I am also pregnant (very early, he doesn't know) and I'm worried he's going to be jealous as I plan on breastfeeding my next baby, any thoughts?

I think it’s probably quite normal, he may be associating your boobs with comfort. Could you try cuddling him when he’s like this but giving him something else to fiddle with like a bracelet or toy?

I have tried giving him a little teddy, but he's more into action figures and cars 😂 typical boy haha. I will try the cuddling thing, he does do it when we are cuddling on the sofa together or going to sleep, I will just try to gently move his hand away, I feel bad for getting frustrated, it's just been going on so long and where I'm pregnant again they're so sore!
