My 3 year old has been dry in the day for around 10 months and dry overnight for around 6 months but has suddenly started leaving little surprises for me in his underpants during the day. He only does this when my partner is working away or at his grans house (paternal) who is almost acting like it's my fault. I have tried so many approaches, getting angry, bargaining, praising him when he goes on the toilet. It's been about two weeks now and I can't keep dealing with this when I already have a 6 month old having accidents up his back most days!
