Preschool turned DD in to a little madam

My normally well behaved DD3 has turned in to a right little madam since starting preschool last week.
She’s stroppy and ignoring instructions to do this, like getting at table for dinner, washing hands etc. Being less kind to her younger brother, just rude at times.

She’s always been home with me do I was looking forward to the free time and it’s great but when she gets home it’s grumpy and seemingly not worth it.

Is this normal?

Hello,

Normal IMO. My DD was absolutely knackered for a few weeks while she adjusted.. she calmed down though and became her usual happy self in no time xx

Normal I would say. Pre school is all new to her and maybe a little overwhelming and exciting too which is affecting her behaviour as well as more tired from going.

Plus they pick up so many behaviours from other children.

DD had never really socialised with other young children before pre school only older children - DS and his friends. Once she started she picked up so many cheeky behaviours from other children.
