Worried 11month old wont eat or drink

My dd is teething atm. Its her 1st tooth. Im worried, she wont eat or drink. Only wants bf. Im worried esp as its hot, shes not getting enough liquids. Every time we try to get her to eat/drink she pushes our hand away, starts to cry. Im using bonjela teething gel. Any advice?
