HELP my child won't sleep in his own room

Help!
I have a 2 year old son who's been sleeping with me since he was 9months old as I couldn't get a cot in a small room when I lived at my mums, now I have my own place and there's no accuse. But I'm 12 weeks pregnant and I have started trying to get
My 2 year old into his own bed his got a brand new Thomas one everything is Thomas, but he won't let me stop laying with him to get him to sleep I tried giving him his tablet to hopefully full off to sleep he don't have any of it. Comes into my room at like 4.30 am to jump in bed with me too! I need help and tips I'm stressing out!!

It’s pretty normal for children at this age to spend part of the night in your bed. What do you do when he gets into your bed? Are you returning him to his own room? Has he got blackout blinds?

My DS is 5 and still gets in our bed if he gets up for a wee or if he's had a bad dream ect. Me and DH enjoy it as we know that one day he will be grown up and we'll miss his antics

I'd look at stopping screens of all kinds between dinner and bed time. Wind down time where they do something more focused that they enjoy before doing a story and then staying with them til they fall asleep to start with, gradually leaving them on own sooner and returning until they get used to it it will take alot of your time and patience, but try and enjoy the cuddles and also lying down yourself!!
