DD standing on inside of her feet

Going to contact HV but just thought MNs are normally great for this kind of advise. DD isn't walking yet but does cruise along furniture. However when she is walking/standing she has her feet wide apart and leaning in. I have tried to get her put her feet flat but she just leans them in again. Any tips? Or do you know what causes this? I have purposely avoided them baby walkers due to HV advise. Thanks

My little boy started to do this from about 9 months, he goes to Physio and has been diagnosed with low muscle tone by paeds:
He has to wear special shoes all the time. His feet do look better but when he has no socks and shoes on they're still on the inside . We see a surgeon this month
