My daughter was 12 a few weeks ago. She asked if I could watch love island and I told her no because I didn't think it was appropriate for a 12 year old, she had a whinge everyone else watching it etc etc. I said tough my rules and reasons for saying no. Anyway my husband has just caught her in bed watching it on her laptop on iplayer! We are furious. I've told her she will have consequences for this as she knows my rules. What do you think are reasonable punishments? I've considered taking her off snapchat as she loves that. But really don't know what to do. Please help x

I'd have no laptops in the bedroom from now on, she can only use it in the same room as one of her parents as she's shown she can't be trusted.

Thanks. Would you leave it as that? Do you think this is enough consequence? x

I think that’s enough too.
