^^^^^^Wriggling arms free of straps in the car^^^^^^^^^

dd2 has started doing this,any suggestions ?other than superglue much appreciated.

oh no, this is such a problem for us too, dd gets out of her straps at every opportunity, we have tried stopping the car until she puts them on, after several attemps at re-fastening them ourselves. Have also tried using a bit of bribery, saying we'd get something nice,like a trip to madonalds etc, but as soon as they are put back on, we drive off, only to find them off again within seconds, help, it seems such a problem, especially as we were stopped by police once, and were fined £30 as a result!! lovely, they must expect us to be able to keep eyes on road and on kid in back seat at same time............how many times have we nearly had an accident due to this, I honestly don't know.
Does anyone know what to do? Obvioulsy manufacturers have never had kids in car seats, otherwise they'd soon come up with a solution! Help anybody, all us parents are desperate.

this sounds odd but i had the same problem and i use a hair barrette style clip which clips over the two straps and holds them together - ds is 2.8 yo and cant open it

and i bought this although the hair barrette works better
