5 day old taking a lot of milk!

So our boy is now 5 days old and my god is he gutsy! He is bottle and is currently consuming 4oz every 2 hours!! And if he goes any longer than that he is screaming! Is this ok? He seems to want more each day! I’m worried he’s having too much, thanks

This can vary, but I would mention this at your next nurse/doctor visit and ask for some advice, it does seem a lot for a newborn. My first boy was very small when born and feed every 2 hours for the first month until he gained a bit of weight...
