20 months, no words and won't copy sounds.

DD is 20 months, she understands to wave, cuddle and kiss but more from the actions than the words. She understands her name I think though needs it repeating usually.

She doesn't understand any other words and won't repeat any words or sounds we make. She plays normally, and does baby babble/screeching/laughing a lot.

We talk to and around her lots, her hearing isn't perfect but they said its not bad enough to stop her learning language, and shes waiting for S&L appointment still.

Has anyone got tips or activities for helping to get her to copy words?
