How do you get rid of trapped wind in a baby

My dd is 11 weeks old and suffers badly with trapped wind. She brings up burps during/after every feed but it's more farting she struggles with.
She has a dirty nappy twice or three times a week but have spoken to health visitor and doctor who are not worried as her stools are soft.
I have tried bycicle legs, tummy massage, tummy time, lying her across my knees but nothing is working.
She goes bright red and screams throughout the day. She is on infacol and I have tried gripe water.
One day last week she was farting all day and was such a happy little girl.
Does anyone have any advice or know of something that I have not tried?

Bit different to bicycle legs but have you tried lying her on her back, getting both her legs and gently bending them against her tummy/chest? Ds2 has terrible bottom wind which can get trapped and this really helps get them out.

Also walking up and down stairs good for burps, as is holding them in front of you, holding them between their legs and under their arms, and squatting up and down with them. Sort of forces the air up and out. Murder for your thighs though!

Also have a look on YouTube at “the tiger in the tree hold”.
