This child is in my child's group. He's aged 4. Was at a social gathering for the second time and I counted him hitting my child 5 times! Mother does nothing, and have in fact, witnessed her turning her back when he misbehaves. He literally bounces off the walls, and creates havoc wherever he goes. My child reports hitting also when at nursery from this child. I tell my child to avoid him. Why does everyone in the group of parents find it so hard to say something? I find it utterly unacceptable, but others seem reluctant to say anything.
