I struggle to cope everyday being a single parent of 2 children.

I have 2 children , a girl of 7 and a boy of age 3. All they do is fight, my 3 year constantly irritates and annoys my 7 year girl who is very vocally loud. As soon as they see each they start. I cannot find time to sit with my eldest to do the simplest of things like her homework without my son age 3 interrupting or attention seeking or misbehaving or just generally being annoying.

I'm worried i cannot give my children they need individually etc. Generally feel down all the time. I struggle to get routine in place. Struggle with absolutely everything to do with parenting. Does anyone feel the same as this or used to feel this way? Thanks in advance

Yes! Me I feel like this most days and I'm married so lord knows how you manage.
Mine are 2 and 5 and I feel guilty but I can't wait for my youngest to start school so I can have some time to do things.

I'm always tidying up toys, washing up, stopping squabbling,washing etc, it's bloody relentless.

If someone told me how much harder it was having 2 I'd have stuck with one......or none

I love them to bits but I feel at times I can't cope, your not alone

My kids are much older but they only seem to need me when I’m with their sibling.

At that stage the cycle was they argue, I send them to different rooms then 10 minutes later they’ve snuck into the same room and had another squabble.

Thank god there's others out there lol. It's such a difficult stage isn't it? I keep trying to remind myself this is just a phase that will pass, but then I guess you get to another stage just as difficult but different 😩.

I genuinely at times cannot handle them, all my eldest does is moan moan moan. I find myself shouting all the time at the minute (with huge guilt) but it's genuinely how they make me feel.
