Does this sound at all like dyspraxia?

My recently turned 3yo DS has seen a physio due to poor gross motor skills. She said his motor skills were somewhat immature for his age and he had some difficulty organising his movements. They weren't overly concerned though and we have been discharged but can self-refer if we have on-going concerns.

Difficulty organising movements sounds like the dictionary definition of dyspraxia. However I see no related problems across his cognitive or social skills. He is very good with puzzles etc, good awareness of time and sequencing of events, socialises and plays very well.

Can motor skills issues in isolation be dyspraxia or would other issues be evident as well?

Yes that's what dyspraxia is problems with motor skills does not mean he will have other problems
