Can a 7 month old be without milk for 3 hours?

I would say it depends on the individual baby but both mine would have been fine without milk for 3 hrs at that age. They could have food if they got really hungry...

yes, but they one time you are out without it for a few hours is guaranteed to be the time that they want it! 😉
