My 7 month old has what looks like a blood clot on the tip of his tongue. The kind where you bite your tongue by accident and it starts bleeding? He doesn't have teeth so it can't be that and he hasn't really been biting anything hard and sharp! What could it be?! It's bright red and looks like it's bleeding but when I touch it there's no blood?? Help!
