How much milk to leave behind? 7 month old

I have a 7 month old and I will be leaving him with his father for about 5 hours. I have started giving him meals 3 times a day and sleeps for about 2 hours every 3 hours. I'm just wondering how much milk to leave behind as I breastfeed him... I don't want to leave too less? Any advice? Thanks

I've left behind 5 ounces. I hope this will be enough along with his dinners

In 5 hours, DD at that age would've probably not bothered, or maybe just had a small amount. She certainly had considerably less when it wasn't from the breast directly. But I'm sure it's very different, also depends what other food being eaten.

Technically, he will sleep for two of the 5 hours. So the three hours will include his dinner as well as the 5 ounces of milk. I feel like that's ok.
