I threw a plastic pint glass across the kitchen and then stomped on it.

This is the first time I have ever taken out my temper on something and not felt bad about it afterwards. (I am very good at feeling guilty and ashamed.)

I think I need to get in a supply of these beer glasses. Three is not going to last me long, now that I've discovered the benefits!
