15 week old baby sleeps and cries all the time

I'm getting more and more worried about my little girl and hoping for a little advice. She sleeps a lot of the day when she's up it's for half an hour at most and then she gets cranky and clearly tired and cries until she's asleep again. It's pretty much always been like this so I can't associate it to a growth spurt like I have read other mothers saying about their babies.
she won't go to anyone but me, this includes people she sees every day. she rarely smiles, she doesn't laugh or babble. she doesn't like me to sit down with her, just wants to be rocked and walked around the room all the time and for some reason likes a blanket over her head and eyes which isn't great with the heat we have been getting.
now she's started getting picky with her food. taking small amounts of her bottle throughout the day. She is a big baby (tall as well as chunky) she was 8lb 6 when she was born, I don't know what she weighs at the moment but she's in 3 to 6-month clothing and they won't last much longer.
I don't want to seem like a paranoid parent but none of this seems right and I just don't know what to do.

My DS was the same at times, Is she possibly teething even if there is nothing there, I found the teething gel/powders where amazing and such a life saver. The bottle possibly might be a teething issue also or my son had Reflux which upset his stomach and would only take bits and bobs of his bottle throughout the day hardly taking the full amount in one sitting which is annoying for us as parents but if it helps his tummy we can't complain. Babies are all trail and error, have you got a bouncy chair/swing? That has also been a life saver when we finally get him to sleep he'll still have the rocking sensation when we put him down and it does seem to help him stay asleep longer. Goodluck, ❤️
