Son's feet never seem to grow...should I be concerned?

My 6 year old son has always had tiny feet. He's a size 27/9. And he has been for the ages. Possibly the last 18 months. Yesterday he put on sandals from last year...and they fit!

Every other child seems to go through far more regular spurts...so I feel concerned.

Is he relatively short? That could be the reason from what I've heard, but I'm not an HCP.

Hello. My children are the same 8yr old grows maybe half a size/year and my 5 yr old twins are the same. They are only a 8 1/2. They are on the shorter side prob 25th centile but none of them have growth spurts they just very quietly and slowly get bigger ! All last summer's clothes still fit them.

DD1's feet didn't grow for two years at that age. She's finished growing now and her feet are a perfectly normal 4.5/5.
Dd2's feet have always grown regularly.
