Can anyone recommend a dummy for a 5 week old BF baby?

I've bought 3 different ones so far! Mam, Nuk, Avent 0-3. Nuk is too small and she spits it out straight away, don't think she likes the shape. Avent she LOVES but can't hold it in her mouth? Keeps falling out. Mam seems to gag her although she likes the shape too.

Any other ideas?! What about the Phillips Avent Soothie?

Ps. The reason for this isn't to keep her off my breast before anyone misunderstands! It's to keep her calm in her pram and to help her with silent reflux.

My son got on really well with Tommee Tippee dummies when he was six weeks old. He's breast fed and accepted them straight away

Just go up to the 6 month + ones at this stage. Easier for them to hold in.

Some babies love the traditional big fat bulb shaped ones, the cheap ones. They stay in quite well. Worth a try.
