nappy changing and dressing nightmare

right, i have three kids, yes three. so please tell me why my 1 year old is fighting me the whole time i am trying to change a nappy and get him dressed (after all i've got loads of experience)should take no more than a few minutes but takes at least 15. HELP!!!

my ds was just the same untill to was 2....all screams and tantrums to change nappy and get dressed....sometimes distraction worked...a toy/choc buttons maybe but if that didn`t work i just get it done and quick as possible. Pull ups did help alot as he hated having to lay down....it will get better...i know its awful..just have to grin and bare it...in the morning if my ds is tired he can get like that still on occasions
