Shes not unsettled, she sick a little after feeds but not loads, she sometime has green poo, she also gets a sore bum and I don't understand why I only use water on her.

Give it a week or so and it will be gone. Green poo used to be a worry but my gp says green poo isn't seen as a worry anymore, unless of course it's in a long list of other symptoms. Sore bum could be from anything. How often do you change the nappy? My dd got quite a sore bum early on as I didn't realise you had to properly dry it before putting the next nappy on Blush. You could try different brand of nappy e.g. Natural one or a really absorbent one. We used to use naty but swapped to a more absorbent one and that helped her nappy rash. Sudocrem didn't really work for us but metanium does.

Mine had baby acne for a few weeks which then went of its own accord. I didn't stop BF or change anything.

I am a GP and it definitely does look like baby acne, as your own GP said! Please don't stop breastfeeding because of this! My son had it on/off from 2-6 weeks and it cleared up on its own. It doesn't bother them, just us as parents!

MamaP85 · 06/02/2017 22:39

Oops sorry I see it's all cleared up already
