I won't buy any snacks other than crackers, cheese and fruit and salad.

For breakfast mine either have toast and eggs or cornflakes. If they have cornflakes they often have a bowl of Greek yogurt with some honey in it too.

Lunches are things like avocado, tuna sandwiches or eggs if they didn't have them for brekky.

Dinners are the usual...bolognaise which I make myself, roast dinners, homemade pizza...my own dough....baked potatoes with salad, ham or tuna.

Snacks available are crackers, cheese or fruit...sometimes I pop them some popcorn in a pan...or if I bake, a muffin. We have a tub of icecream a week and when it's gone it's gone.
