5 month old and lack of babbling/noises

Hi,

I posted on here a few weeks ago and received some really helpful responses so thought I'd pick some brains again (FTM alert!)

My DD has just turned 5 months. She shrieks, blows the occasional raspberry and often makes a frustrated sounding grunting noise from the back of her throat.
She very occasionally coos or makes a babbley type noise but very rarely. I actually remember her cooing more when she was younger. Should she be vocalising more?

Thanks for reading.

She sounds perfection normal and adorable, enjoy her.

Nah I think it's normal.

Same with my 5 month old. Was cooing a lot more before and now just blowing raspberries or shrieking!
