Hi, My daughter is 11 and has had several incidents now where she's really lost control. It starts with something small but escalates. She's got really upset but then starts hurting herself, pulling hair and hitting herself, kicking things. Its never aimed at me she just say's she doesn't know how to control it and what else to do. I've tried talking, calm, cross, stress balls, deep breathing, distraction and it can take an hour or 2 to stop. She is a very physically and emotionally mature 11. I'm worried about how this may progress and not really sure how to deal or who to speak to. Thank you for reading, any advice really welcome
