How tall did your 2nd or 9th percentile baby end up?

My DS was born in the 9th percentile and has been in that or the 2nd percentile ever since (now 10 months old). I am curious about how tall he'll end up being. Can anyone share their experiences?

(Please don't misunderstand - whatever height he ends up will be just perfect. I'd be just as curious if he was in the 90th percentile. Would love to know if these "extremes" follow them! Plus the advent of the internet means I can indulge my curiosity Smile)

Mine were still close to 9th %tile at 2yo & probably much older..
DS1 currently almost 16yo & 5'9"
DD now 14yo & 5'3" (but lots reasons to think she's not had an overdue growth spurt yet)

I tease DD about being the short-arse, but really am just intrigued because me & DH are relatively tall.

The height at age 2 is apparently half their adult height. Not sure if its true yet based on my dc. Waiting.

Gosh I hope not, my son was 78cm when he was 2! I'm 163cm so hope he will get taller than that at least. He's coming up to 13 and is about 150cm at the moment.

My son has followed the chart almost exactly. He had a fairly early puberty and is now almost 15 and 5.3. He doesn’t seem overly bothered. I am though- girls are horrible to short guys.
