Just that really, how did you potty train and at what age?

Any recommendations for a toddler toilet seat? I'm not too keen on a potty.

Aldi have a cheap one on offer at the moment

It's not at all stylish, but we've got the brightly coloured plastic stepladder and toilet seat from amazon. All our friends have bought one too now as otherwise the child can't climb onto the toilet.
