How do you deal with the constant fiddling in family rooms issue?

DS is 7 and he WILL NOT stop fiddling with his penis! Normal I know, but I have told him, asked him, explained to him simply that it's not an ok thing to do in a family space and in public and that he can do what he likes with it in his bedroom but whilst sitting in the sofa it's not ok.

How do you deal with this please?

Same. A simple statement such as 'I know it feels nice but you have to do it in your own room or stop if you want to stay down here'.

Hilariously the 4yr old now tells the 3yr old those exact words!
