My little one is 6 months old and is very clingy. Has any one else had this problem? It tends to be really bad when he hasn't had a nap in the day and very tired.

How do you feel about going to the Bfing Group and discussing your Los weight gain too?

I gave him some calpol which didn't really help. But have got some nurofen now, so can give him that.

I'd go to the bfing group. You really need to get them to observe a complete feed and discuss his weight gain.

If he's got a cold is that affecting his feeding?

How are you getting on with the feeding shy? Have you tried breast compressions yet? How often is he feeding?

Hi I haven't heard of breast compression before. Don't think it's his cold because it was only today that he really got it.

He feeds about every two hours and then twice a night normally. But last few days he's been waking up every two hours at night.

Do you feed him when he wakes at night?

There is some info on breast compressions here Smile

Yea he only settles if I feed him. Think he might use it for comfort at nights Sad. Tried the compression and think I'm doing it wrong! Read about it and watch video. But still going a bit wrong.
