My room temp is average 20-21oC so how many blankets do i need to keep her comfortable?

I don't add a sheet . At the mo I just add two cellular blankets. Is this enough? How do I know if she is too cold? Would she cry if she is too cold?

Thanks

two cellular blankets sounds like plenty to me. its better for a baby to be cold that too hot. They are more likely to wake up if they are too cold. It is completely normal for a baby to have cold hands and feet. To tell what temp she is put your hand inside her vest and feel her chest or back.
If this is an ongoing worry you could buy DC sleeping bags instead. Winter tog for winter and sumer tog for summer. Job done.

My sons room is usually 20-21, if 21 and above I use a sheet and one blanket, if 20 or just under I use a sheet and two blankets. All babies are different though, as above said feel her tummy or back to see if she is too hot or cold and adjust bedding accordingly :-)

Sounds actually quite warm for a bedroom. I always try to have the bedrooms about 18 degrees C. However, is the temperature constant during the night or does it get a lot cooler during the night?

The temp stays around the sameish- may drop to about 19.

DD in only three weeks old. She is too light for a gro bag which i bought for her before she was born. I just don't want her to be too cold - think its easy to determine the too hot but how do i know the too cold. I mean what does warm feel like ??sounds stupid i know.
The blankets are mothercare cellular blankets and are lighweight - this is why i would wonder if they were enough.

thanks
