Worried at DS's change of eating habits

Advice/experience please. My DS is 11 weeks old and he has always had a very good appetite, he is breastfed, however, since having his first lot of jabs on Thursday he hasn't eaten as much.

He ate normally on Thursday but Friday, Saturday and today he's only had quick drinks of breast milk and then he pulls off the boob. If I try and turn his face back to the boob, he cries hysterically, but if I sit him up, burp him, he is fine and then wants to play.

Is it normal for him to lose his appetite or should I be worried?

Hi thedogwalker - it is always worrying when they change what they do! The main thing is whether he still has wet nappies. As long as he is still peeing you don't need to worry too much. Don't worry on the poo front. They can hold out up to 3 or 4 days without pooing without it being an issue. I remember the crying hysterical at the boob thing. I can't remember how long it lasted but I remember using a bottle a couple of times just to see if that helped. Good luck
