Does anyone have any.good tips to handle the situation when ur ds of 3 gets frustrated when he makes choices. I get frustrated and the situation need not get as stressful as it does

Never give a 3 year old a choice unless absolutely unavoidable.

Even then, never give them a choice between more than 2 things: e.g: would you like a banana or an apple (holding up both so he can point to the one he wants).

Anything more complicated will result in frustration and tears.

Thank u, I'm staying at my parents at the moment and with them offering more choices and I tell them to let me handle it, during the frustration u can imagine, I'm constantly.telling my parents to let me deal with it.

It sounds as if it is your parents creating the problem, not your ds. Are you staying with them for long?
