Thoughts please

I like Rowan so much that I'm nicking it for my shortlist . Quite like Willow and Claudia but don't like Lois.

I did ask for fn/mn combinations too diplodoris (half way down the first page), so thanks

DuelingFanjo Lois would definitely be pronounced Low-is and not Loy-s - ekkk!!

pointydog I've never heard Rowan pronouced so that it rhymes with cow-an....it would be row-an!

I love Claudia. Beautifuland classy.

I quite like Willow although not usually my taste.

Don't like Lois or Rowan, they both seem rather ugly lumpy heavy names to me.

How about Robin? That's a cheeky, bouncy happy name.

I know someone with a dd called Willow (tall willowy girl) and a ds called Rowan.

I think they are both lovely names. I do also like Rowan for a girl.

Brideshead I've got an uncle Robin so that would be a bit odd!!

i like lois its great, classic and difficult to shorten. i also like claudia but they get called 'claude'

Rowan, or variations of, seem to be very popular for boys in the Asian community.

DS2 has one friend Roan and one Rohan.

Shame abut Uncle Robin, it's an underused name imo.

Mark Owen called his baby Willow. And his son Elwood. If you like that sort of thing, go for it! Wasn't there a Willow in Buffy?
