Baby number 3 - help with boys' names

Hi - I don't know what sex the baby is but if it's a boy I love Theo but ds is not too sure. Our other 2 boys are Max and Lucas. Suggestions please!!!

Also we have a 3 syllable surname being with T. Something short or with 2 syllables or less would be better.
