Morven

DH loves this, I quite like it, but my problem is it makes me think of the book "Morven Callar" The main character, Morven, is pretty strange. DH says if we use it for DD, I'll lose the association.

So what I want to ask is: Has anyone heard of the book, and if so, would you associate the name with it?

I have a friend called Morven and I think it's a lovely name. The book title is actually 'Morvern Callar' rather than Morven, so it's a wee bit different.

I like the name. I was first aware of it from knowing someone with the name, rather than the book, so the name doesnt make me think of the book.
