Orin for a girl?

I have one DD, called Emma Rae, and am PG. Not finding out the gender but i just can't think of another girl's name (boy's name is still sorted from last time).

I keep coming back to Orin, but i don't know much about it. I think it can be boy or girl, but i don't know if it is more boy than girl, IYSWIM... any ideas?

Also any suggestions for middle names welcome. I quite like Eve.

I'm a bit nervous about it because its quite unusual compared with Emma, but i like the sound of it.

Never heard of it, but I like it. Would assume boys name at first glance though.

PS we felt we couldn't use dd's 'boys name' for our boy at the time, so came up with a new one...

I like 'a little bit unusual' but this sounds very masculine.

It doesn't go with Emma either.

i just searched a few websites and Orin comes up mainly as a boys' name.

Defintely a boys names IMO. Would be like calling a girl John or David where I'm from.
