Thank you for the feedback - You don't think Camille too try hard as we have no french connection!

Know that feeling - must be something about 3 weeks to go that makes everyone panic!

Really love your boys names esp Jude, Will, Harry and Kit.

Like Rosie best out of the girls ones.

kimfreeb · 11/05/2010 09:18

Quick question- we like Kit but not keen on longer version, Christopher. Do you think just naming him Kit is fine?

Yes

henry37 · 11/05/2010 15:58

i like jude and harry like kit if nn for christopher or christian but not on its own.from girls list rosie but prefer just rose.

mathanxiety · 11/05/2010 15:58

Jude and Camilla.

scoobychocolate · 11/05/2010 15:59

Jude for a boy and Esme for a girl

cece · 11/05/2010 23:01

I think you should wait till the baby is born and then see which name from your shortlist suits him/her best. I have done this with all my children, They have never been named my top choice name as it never seems to suit them once they are here!

BTW I like all of your names except Jude and Kit.

thinker · 11/05/2010 23:03

Kit Jude and Camilla

florence2511 · 12/05/2010 02:22

I also love Kit, but not overly keen on Christopher.

BallpointPen · 12/05/2010 10:33

Jude or Lily.

notso · 12/05/2010 10:52

I like Jude, Harry and Rosie the best.
Personally I think it's fine to use a diminutive as a name but there will probably be someone along in a minute saying you will be hampering future Prime Minister/ High Court Judge careers

kimfreeb · 12/05/2010 22:11

Thank you..... really helpful feedback.

Interestingly no-one is loving Josh (too staid?) was potentially our front runner although secretly love Jude but was worried that it might be a bit marmitey!!

Do really like Camille and Esme - again Lily was our safe bet but worry that it may be too safe.

Maybe when we meet our little one this name dilemma will vanish - fingers crossed.

Kit/Jude/Esme

I hate the 'they'll never be a high court judge' routine.'
