Names for a baby I'm not even pregnant with

I love the names Mabel for a girl and Gully or Albert (Bertie) for a boy.

Mostly I love Mabel.

I think if I have a boy I'll call him Mabel.

But first I need to get pregnant.

Me and DP argue about baby names and I'm not even prgnant yet either!

He likes Patrick and Rhiannon and I can't stand them!

He says everything I choose is chavvy

Oh and I really like Bertie but not sure about Gully or Mabel

Gully is just a huge, huge NO.

Do you live in London, or any metropolitan area? 'Gully' is quite a popular and well known slang word, meaning ghetto/gutter/street.

Auntie Maggie, Patrick is a lovely name, as is Paddy if you want it as a nn.

APW, haha I didn't know that! Oh dear, I'm not very down with the kids. Maybe not then!

I don't completely hate Patrick but the numpty boy next door was called this when I was growing up.

gingerbaby · 09/05/2010 16:17

Oh haha, I read that wrong... yeah I'm on your side, Patrick is a rubbish name! Silly me. I do like Paddy though, and Patch is AMAZING!
