I used to have a plant called Veronica. It is also quite a cool song by Elvis Costello iirc.

I don't mind it as a name but Vivienne is much better. Veronique maybe easier on the ear and eye?

I like it, it would have been on my shortlist but my surname begins with a V so it would sound silly.
